Broward County selects Matrix for Client Services Management System

Merritt Island, FL – December 2, 2003 – Matrix Information Systems Inc., an information technology consulting firm headquartered on Florida’s “Space Coast”, announced today that it has been selected by Broward County, Florida, to develop its new Client Services Management System (CSMS). CSMS will help Broward’s Human Services Dept. fulfill its mission to deliver efficient, comprehensive County-wide Social, Health and Public Safety Services to Broward County visitors and residents.

The CSMS project, valued at $865,000, encompasses a services delivery system that will fully integrate, automate, and support all aspects of Broward’s client services and the management of those services throughout the Department. Additionally, CSMS will be accessible via wireless devices and the web to ensure optimal availability and utility to Broward’s citizens and employees.
